Frederic Chopin

Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin, was born on February 22nd 1810, in Poland. He was born in Zelazowa Wola, Poland.

At an early age, Chopin had many artistic talents, he was an artist, he likes to write, and he played piano very well.

He began composing when he was just 7 years old. He had good education , then studied music later with Joseph

Elsner. He met G.F.Handel in Berlin Germany. During his twenties, when he arrived in Paris, France, he had very poor

physical health.He knew that he didn't have the stamina to compete in public. By the end 1838, Chopin had

become a very famous figure in Paris.He composed 55 mazurkas, 16 polonaises, 26 preludes, 27 etudes,

21 nocturnes, 4 ballads, and 4 scherzos. But no one knew that in 1836, he was secretly engaged to a 17 year old

polish woman named Maria Wodzinski. Unfortunatly, they never got to marry, because the parents of Maria said

they didn't want their child to marry a ill person. But Chopin said he would do anything to become better but Maria

still left him. Chopin felt that the rejection an extremly painful experience, and labeled the letters from the Wodzinski

family, "My sorrow. " So in 1837, Chopin traveled to London to try to forget the sad memories. He was very happy

there and played a lot for the people, but then on 1848, he became very sick, frail, and feverish. A few days later,
